This Refund Policy applies to the digital software and downloads sold on tommy-rush.com (the Apps, including PT Arranger, TR Shortcut Trainer, and TR Key, and other digital products). Physical merchandise and the Session Cards deck are sold through our separate Shopify store and follow that store's return policy.
Our products are digital and are delivered to you immediately after purchase. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges as a general rule. We encourage you to review the product description, requirements, and any free sampler before you buy so you know what you are getting.
Nothing in this policy removes or limits any consumer rights you have under the laws of your country that cannot be waived. Where the law requires us to offer a refund or remedy, we will honor it. This policy applies on top of those rights, not instead of them.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. For digital products that are delivered immediately, this right is waived once, at checkout, you expressly ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins. By agreeing to this and completing your purchase, you consent to immediate access and you agree that the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies to that delivered digital product. If you do not provide that consent, the standard cooling-off rules continue to apply.
If a product is faulty, does not work as described, or was not delivered to you, you are entitled to a remedy. Please contact us so we can help, which may include providing access, a replacement download, a fix, or a refund where appropriate. We will assess these requests fairly and in line with applicable consumer law.
Purchases on tommy-rush.com are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Because Paddle is the seller of record, eligible refunds are processed through Paddle and are subject to Paddle's policies. Any refund is normally returned to your original payment method.
To request a refund or report a faulty or undelivered product, you can email us at studio@tommy-rush.com with your order details and a short description of the issue, or contact Paddle directly using the order or receipt information from your purchase confirmation. Please include your order number, the email used at purchase, and the product name so we can find your order quickly. We aim to respond promptly and to resolve genuine issues fairly.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Updates are posted here with a new effective date.
